If you have reached www.FDBuy.com from your credit card statement, the charge
on your card is for one of the products that you have purchased on our website
including but not limited to: Deception Wrinkle Cheating
Cream, Cellulean/Smooth

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products - and we stand behind it completely. If you have purchased the product and are not totally satisfied, simply return it for a full refund
(less shipping and handling) within 30 days (from date your original order is processed).
Please Note: Refunds will show up as "WWW.FDBUY.com" on your credit card statement.
How do I return a product?
We are confident you will love our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (less shipping and handling). The customer will not be refunded for any outbound shipping charges.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail.
This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions
and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due.

Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned
